SUPPORT SERVICE PROCESS
1. The "Unit Manager" Kiwaso develops, with you, a precise framing note setting out the context of the mission and the priority objectives.  
 
2. We present, within one week, one or two senior consultants selected from our network of consultants validated in relation to the problem. As soon as the consultant is approved by the interested parties, this consultant becomes the referring consultant and the mission starts. 
 
3. In the first weeks, the referring consultant proposes a team (experts, junior consultants) if the need arises and an action plan, which will be the reference document for the conduct of the mission. The action plan details the priority projects to be carried out and the expected results.  
 
4. The referring consultant, accompanied by the unit manager, verifies with you at points of progress the conformity of the milestones with the initial objectives.  
 
5. At the end of the collaboration, the referring consultant presents an final report to wind up or ensure transmission within the company.
